ESTIMATES

We charge a fee for estimates to ensure the customers we visit are fully interested in engaging our services. For some projects it takes a number of hours to prepare an estimate and we value the time of our people and we hope you do as well. For the fee you will get a detailed estimate with measured rates that can be used with other contractors should you wish, in addition to a CDM plan. For larger projects, we will propose an additional chargeable piece of work to prepare drawings so that there is a clear understanding of what you the client would like before we embark on a detailed estimate.
